Macbook pro A1502 13" wont turn on

My MacBook Pro will not turn on, the charger will light up orange, I have done a SMC reset. Ut still can't get it to turn on, is there anything I can do to fix it or do I have to take it to a Genius Bar? I do have the tooling to take the back off. I think it is a 2013/14 model.
