Macbook Air drive in Macbook Pro

My daughter has a 2011 13" Macbook Air and she has cracked her screen.  She has been given a 2011 15" Macbook Pro without a disk drive.  Questions:

• Can she transfer her Macbook Air drive into the Macbook Pro?
• Does an apple person need to do the transfer or just someone technically adept?

No, the MBA's drive is a different form factor (physical size/shape) than the MBP's.

You/she can, however, transfer the data from the MBA to the MBP....
