I have charged this month itune bill twice and ...

Hi I have paid itune every month and this month the bill paid twice and double of actual payment. I paid 9.99 on July 25, and 17. 23 on July 27 again. I have preauthorization payment from MasterCard every month. Can you make sure and let me know. Thank you.

I get double billed too, on the 23rd & 27th, for icoud storage.  I wonder how many people they do this to.  it takes so long to discuss it over the phone with their customer service.
