Outlook contact folders

Hi everyone

I have an Office 365 account for business. I import my emails and contacts from that account to Outlook on my Macbook.

In the left hand pane in Outlook Contacts I have (at the top) an item called "contacts".

So far, so good.

When I expand this, I have a number of subfolders.

How do I delete these subfolders? I have no idea how they were created. They don't exist in the Office 365 online (as far as I can tell).

Any ideas?
