Problem Pairing Apple Watch 2

I bought a new iPhone 7 and apple send me a new apple watch 2, by apple care claim.

In the mean time, i clear the old apple watch from find my phone from trusted items. Perfectly had my phone up, from restore backup. Now, i not able to pair each other. The watch is new, reset.

The phone is giving me this message "

and there is no way to my knowledge to see the phone thru bluetooth and pair.

I cannot Access the setting on the watch because is being set (is new)
