Is there a way to lock the iCloud Drive folder?

Notes can be used with secondary accounts, Icloud Drive can't, but in any case, no you can't stop someone that gets to use your phone from having access to iCloud Drive, unless you manually disable it and enable restrictions each time you let someone use your phone (or something similar)

Lock it in what way, it's only available to you, why would you want to lock it?

It's like locking your bedroom door when you are the only one that lives in the house.

In Notes I have the option to lock a particular note.  Just another layer of security.  I allow people to use my phone and I’d rather they not see certain things.  The obvious answer is not to let people use my phone but it happens.

I liked the bedroom door analogy.
