3rd Party Apps not loading after reset.

Today I had to set my iPhone 6s (10.3.3) to factory settings. I then restored a backup from yesterday. All of the preinstalled apps and complications load properly. Somw of the 3rd party apps with complications also load correctly. Others that loaded yesterday appear on my watch (Series 2/3.2.3) but don't load. They start to load but fail. Is there something I need to do post reset?
