Activation lock makes my iPad useless

My iPad mini was reset and i do not know my Apple id or password, for email, i have 3 different emails i tryed them all but still nothing. I lost it's purchase receipt but i still have it's box including the same serial number on the back of the box and the iPad..

So how can reset the iPad and use it again?
