My Icloud says it has 3,57GB of documents but I...

Hi,

I have an Iphone 7, and before I had a 5C and 4S. Recently mij backup doesn't work anymore because it sais my Icloud is full. In storage it says I have 3.57GB of documents but my Icloud drive is empty.. How can I delete these files that are aparently not realy there?

You can see what your iCloud space is used for at Settings ➔ Apple ID(Top) ➔ iCloud ➔ Storage ➔ iCloud ➔ Manage Storage.

First, try emptying the trash can on your Mac and see if that helps, if not…

If the documents and data you have in iCloud don't match the space that is reportedly used by them then it's unlikely that you can do anything at your end of things. Your only option now may well be to contact Apple iCloud support for assistance.
