appear in my credit card biling,

i was losing us399.99 in my account...

They got me too.  Mine was only $9.99 though. I had to cancel my debit card. I guess I will only register with my credit card from now on.

how to cancell that charge because i didnt buy any apple product at that time  ?

and this charge form different credit card account from my credit account that registed at itunes store

The same thing is happening to me ..

 

They have been taking 9.99 and 147.9 from my account recently !!!

My account was also hacked by the APPLE ITUNES STORE LUXEMBOURG. The first was a 1.00 USD amount and I recieved a call from my bank. I got the call and looked at my account online and found another 1.00 USD amount and a 93.95 USD amount as well. While I was on the phone with Bank of America they informed me that there was another 153.00 USD amount that was attempted but there was already a hold on the account. Have any of you contacted the apple store about this, or if you have have they replied?

Don't worry, you just call to your bank to complain for these charged, last week i got complain with my bank, and their cancell for that charge. And all clear now.

 

I think someone had hacked the luxembourg billing system.

I have also jsut recently checked my bill and it has the same statement starting merely at USD.99 but then a few days later increased to USD17.99. What exactly is this? and how do i get rid of this because i have never downloaded anything to do with this application.

This recently happened to me over the weekend as well on my husbands card which is in no way attatched to my iTunes account. I have no idea how they got a hold of our card number but I was furious my bank is handling it but does anyone know how to get a hold of iTunes to refute the charges? I emailed them on Saturday and received no response.

You should contact your credit card company, not Apple to contest incorrect charges on your credit card.

I had the sam problem this weekend and I contacted my bank and Apple.  My bank's response was professional and positive, but Apple's response was very very shoddy.  I had to weave through automated menus and referrals to multiple apple web sites.  This treatment continued for two days until I was finally forwarded to Maria.  She took this seriously and helped as best she could. 

 

Unfortunately I think Apple is taking a very cavalier approah to a potentially serious security breach.  After loyally purchasing 3 I-Phone 4s, 3 I-Pod touches, 2 I-pods, 1 Nano, 3 Apple TVs, 2 macbook pros, 1 mac, and  Ipad over the last 5 years apple is on the verge of losing my business.

I had the same problem , I think some one got our credit card info from APPLE ????

I just got hit 3 times for the tune of about $160. ***, Apple?!?! Did you get hacked again and now these ******** are charging random accounts? I want my money back seeing as your lame *** security *****.

I got my money back,

 

first , call your bank, they gonna send something like money back order to APPLE,

 

and then, go to the "Contact us" to email apple, and tell them what' happened.

 

wait 2 days, you should be able to get your money back.
