What the HDD error 1243 means?

Hello,everyone!!!

I was made the Hurdware test, in IMac mid 2011 “27"  

And get error of HDD 1243.

I can't contact Apple Support,because now  I live in Ukraine.

If somebody,can explain what the problem is, and  send me a list,with the value of the error codes it's will be great.

We wouldn't know what you saw or have done since you didn't provide any details in your post.

What is your Mac doing or not doing that you are getting this error code with Apple Diagnostics? Also since you have a pre-2013 Mac you would need to run the Apple Hardware Test.
