Time Machine Permission Issues

Hey guys,

 

Made the stupid error of creating new bookmarks on my work device and sent my old ones bye-bye. No worries though, I'll find them in TM. To my dismay, I have no permission to access a good majority of my TM folders. As it's all Safari data, it's all in the user library folder. Any way to get myself read and write access to the user library, or more importantly, ALL of my TM data?

 

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW:

 

2014 27" iMac i7 currently running 10.12.6

 

This machine came with a 3TB Fusion Drive which failed last week. That drive has been formatted and is inactive and I am currently booting from an external SSD.
