How do you set up to use your own card on family sharing instead of just the organizers card?

You can't use your own credit/debit card whilst you are a member of a Family Share. If iTunes gift cards are available in your country you can redeem them onto your account and that will be used for your purchases, otherwise the organiser's card will be used.
