watchos 4 not available

I've got a series 1 watch. Is it not compatible with watchOS 4? My watch app says I have 3.2.3 and that it's up to date. I've seen news that watchOS 4 was already released today. Why can't I get it??

Apple Watch Series 1 models can be updated to watchOS 4 if the paired iPhone is an iPhone 5s or newer model that has first been updated to iOS 11.

Follow the instructions here, starting by making a backup of your iPhone:

• Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
• Update the software on your Apple Watch - Apple Support

If you instead have an iPhone 5 or 5c, then your devices cannot be updated beyond iOS 10.x and watchOS 3.x.

I'm on an iPhone 7 Plus and I've already updated to iOS 11.0.

Still can't get watchOS 4.
