How do I connect my iPad air two to the canvas ...

Having trouble syncing my iPad Air 2 running os10.3.1 to the new canvas iPad Air 2 case with keyboard seems the Bluetooth is not syncing

Good morning Diane thank you for responding so quickly. Yes it is Bluetooth compatible it goes into the sink mode but it does not move forward I get a code to enter but no place to enter it on my iPad Air 2. The case is brand new so I assume the 2 pre installed batteries are ok, when I first connect, on the canvas case I get a green light that switches to a flashing blue light which I assume indicates it's connected to the iPad and trying to sync. In settings the Bluetooth shows it recognizes the canvas iPad case and says it's syncing but it just spins and never connects?

Hi. Are you sure you have a Bluetooth keyboard, and not the Apple Smart Keyboard used for the iPad Pro? Can you identify the make and model of the case/keyboard you have? If it is a Bluetooth keyboard, you need to pair it, like any new Bluetooth device.

I think that you enter the displayed code on the keyboard to complete the pairing process.

I had the same problem of entering in the key code and nothing happening. The solution is frustratingly simple. Push enter after hitting the 6 numbers and it should work. I hadn´t been doing that.
