When I try to go to the iCloud on my MacBook Ai...

When I try to go into the cloud on my MacBook air i7 processor 4 GB memory I get a message that I should try again later. I have been able to access the cloud on my Phone current operating system and on My new iMac  i7 processor and 32 gb memory current operating system on both computers. And suggestions?

What browser are you using on the MacBook Air?
