Unable to reinstall OS X. Startup disk deleted

Here is a challenge. I have a Macbook Pro from which the startup disk has been removed. It is an older model with Snow Leopard originally, but I don't know if the OS had been updated since that. It belonged to someone else who had accidentaly emptied / deleted Startup disk when trying to format the drive itself, making the laptop unable to start up or install OS X. Now only thing that works is Recovery partition (command + R during startup).

Goal is to reinstall Snow Leopard, or any other version of OS X for that matter. I have installation CD of the original Snow Leopard. When trying to start it up I get this error: IMG_20170930_182845.jpg - Box

I also created a bootable USB from Snow Leopard dmg file in Windows using Transmac software and then Power Iso, and none gave any result, just the same error message. In fact I get the very same screen error when just powering up without any keyboard commands or USB drives.

Now to make things more fun even the Install DVD is stuck in the machine, it wont eject. It doesn't understand any of the keyboard commands for ejecting CD / DVD. It does recognize both the Install DVD and USB installer but just unable to make use of them. From the recovery partition (command + R during startup) I am able to select whether I want to boot the machine from USB installer or DVD installer when they are mounted, so the machine does recognize them and physically it is all working. But the error screen once again comes up when I try anything else than the Recovery partition.

From recovery partition I tried the "Reinstall OS X" thing where it accesses installation files from internet, but it thinks the machine is running Sierra. It might have been updated to Sierra though, but whatever the case, installation won't happen because it need Apple ID, which I don't have. Previous owner cannot be contacted for further details or accounts, so I will have to make use of all the information here.

I haven't been a Macbook owner for a long time, but I have tried to google all solutions. Goal is to simply install OS X, but now I don't know what to do. None of the installers work. I thought that simply making an USB installer or using the Install DVD would be able to recreate whatever has been lost. Is there a way to restore the deleted Startup partition or something?

Looks like this isn’t the correct version of Snow Leopard for this particular model (the report shows ”unsupported cpu”). Probably a crucial driver is missing on that installation dvd. Unless others have better solution, your quickest way out of the woods might be this: OS X Lion (10.7) - Apple
