PC crash, itunes lost

PC crashed and totally unrecoverable.  My itunes had tons of downloaded physical CDs, most music NOT purchased through iTunes.  I have almost entire library on my iPhone.  How can I use iPhone to restore ITunes library to this new computer?  Thank you.
