Hi, I'm wondering if there's a way to recover an incomplete backup which was deleted after I toggled on/off backup on iCloud. I tried to backup my dad's iPhone on my MacBook iTunes and restored it only to find out that only 118 photos out of 2,447 photos were backed up by iTunes. This is probably because of the incomplete backup on iCloud. When I tried to restore the current iCloud backup, it said it's incomplete. Please help me recover my dad's 2,447 (less 118) photos on iCloud....

If the photos were synced to iCloud, they wouldn't be in the backup.

Try Settings/iCloud and slide off syncing. Wait a few minutes and then resync.

Have you tried signing out of iCloud and then sign back in?
