How to reactive apple id which had been removed

I have some iphone 7plus and 6plus, last week didnt sure if i removed my old apple id, it's accidetly removed because i've give my old iphone 5 to my family which that phone still connected with my apple id and icloud... for easy to use i just removed my icloud that connected with his iphone5. Then just today i realize that which i removed not just the icloud but my old apple id too, so i can't update my application that use my old apple id. And i've tried many times my user name the answer is apple id not found.

So how i can reactive my old apple id that i have been removed?
