is there a way to keep specific cookies in safari

Is there a way to exclude specific cookies from the delete process in safari, much as Ccleaner allows ?

I would like to exclude one specific cookie from delete without going through the entire list and removing all the others manually.

Ccleaner app allows to exclude specific cookies from the delete process, but i do not want to install cleaning software on my system, hence my question.

Yes. Go to Safari, Preferences, Privacy, Manage Website Data. Then select the first item listed. Then use Command+A to select all. Now scroll through the alphabetical list to find the one you wish to exclude. Hold Command and click it to deselect it. Then click the Remove button (not Remove All). This removes the select ones, which should be everything minus the one you deselected.
