Usually, when the Watch is placed on the charger, it briefly shows the remaining charge. On OS4, if you turn off nightstand mode, this doesn’t happen, even if the Watch is vertical or angled in various ways.  I’ve been comparing with my S0 on OS3, I would see the charge indicator regardless of nightstand mode being on or off. With my S4 on OS4, that brief charge indicator doesn’t show when nightstand mode is off. 

I hope this is a bug.  I don’t want nightstand mode, but the brief remaining charge indicator is really useful.
