How do I completely undo/deactivate apple pay f...

I activated apple pay for testing purposes on an app that we are developing. I logged out of the account. However when I go to wallet & apple pay in settings, my only option is to Add Credit or Debit card.

The app recognizes it differently once apple pay was set up.

Any help is appreciated.
