iTunes backup error

Hello guys.


Im an Windows OS user...and i am trying so many days to backup my Iphone 6s. But, as we know, the "disconnect problem" is still running. I have done all the possible solutions, deleting lockdown folder, renaming-deleting the backup folder, turning off the background refresh, restoring the newtork setting, running in safe mode my Windows, Airplane mode ON and still, the problem is there. I cant bakcup successfully my Iphone. My iphone is updated to iOS 10.3.3  also my windows 10 is updated to latest version. If someone can help me, i would appreciate it.

Here is a support article that covers the troubleshooting of issues with completing an iTunes backup of your iPhone. I would recommend following all the steps in order and notice if you haven't resolved the issue by the end, the last is to contact Apple Support. 

If your iTunes backup couldn‘t be completed or you can‘t restore from a backup
