Difficulty to find a systematic manual of Apple...

For me, as an ICT dummy, I find it very difficult to use the Apple Support notes on the web using Apple Music and I do not find a systematic manual for using Apple Music.

This is a manual where is clearly explained step by step how to proceed.

Eg. questions for which I do not find an answer in the Support Notes are:

- What is the difference between iTunes and Apple Music?

- How do I suppress or cancel the music suggestions by Apple Music, which I do not need and which I find very ennoying?

- Where do I find the simplest procedures, the basic starting information, without a priori knowledge eg. of iTunes or the iCloud?

- How do I manage the playing lists (sometimes a song is put into a playing list, sometimes not)?

- In the Search Function, I sometimes find the full CD for a song and sometimes only the song I was searching for?

- For classical music: how can I choose between various performances of a piece of music (eg. Händels Messias has many performers) 

- I do not find some recent songs: eg. Gitano by Santana is missing.

- When listening to a song, how can I differentiate between a downloaded song and an online song?
