Experiencing Active Sync problems on iOS devices

Lately we are experiencing problems with Active Sync on our iOS devices. The calenders does not syncronize between Outlook and the iOS device and vice versa. All the devices is running iOS 10.3.2 and iOS 10.3.3. Our exchange is running Exchange 2010. There has been similar problems in the past, but now it is rising again. What to do, other than turn of the calendar and then back on in settings.



What kind of problems, exactly? I've seen issues where recurring events will not appear on the calendar if the last recurrence was prior to the oldest data stored on the device itself. You may need to change the settings for "Mail days to sync" for the account on the device to extend back further.
