iMac random static noise through speakers
hi, i am having a static noise coming from the internal speakers, this will happen very randomly, can kast for a few seconds to minutes. if i play music the noise will stop. will also occur if rebooted and not even logged in. hope someone will have an answer. this is on an 2012 iMac machine

I just had new speakers put in my IMac and get a static sound constantly. Did you ever get an answer as to what to do to stop the static? The previous speakers just stopped working
