Battery consumption is too high withiOS11

Hi Apple,

with each new iOS battery consumption is rising to new heights, a problem that is repeating now for years and it is not acceptable. On my iPad mini 2 I spent now many functions that worked well until now to save battery but nothing helps. And the energy save mode does not even exist for this device. Do I have to suppose that Apple wants us to consume the battery ever more quickly in order to change the device more often in a logic of planned obsolence? Thats just not fair! Resolve the battery consumption problem asap and once for all times.
