I have one ID for Icloud and one for Itunes how can I get it to be the same?

Apple IDs can’t be merged and can’t be deleted. Just stop using one of them. Since all purchases will forever be tied to the Apple ID used to buy them, I suggest continuing to use that ID.

Before you stop using the current Apple ID, make sure everything in iCloud is synced and imported to your computer and iDevices (if you have any), then sign out of that Apple ID and sign in with the other one.
