Unable to install update ios10.3.1

Downloaded the IOS but there is an error during installing.  What shall i do?

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. After reading your post, I understand that when you try to update the iOS software on your iPad, you receive an error. I'm happy to help!

First, make sure your iPad can support iOS 10.3.1. This update is available for iPad 4th generation or newer, and iPad mini 2 or newer. If you have a compatible iPad, and are attempting the update over the air, make sure you are connected to a good Wi-Fi network. If possible, try a different Wi-Fi network.

If you still cannot update over the air, try using iTunes on a computer to update. You can get instructions on how to do that here: Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you have tried to update using iTunes and that is where you receive the update error, make sure you have the latest version of iTunes, version 12.6, which is required to use your iPad with iOS 10. Your computer needs to be running Mac OS X 10.9.5 or later, or Windows 7 or later, to support iTunes 12.6. If you have the appropriate version of iTunes and still receive an error, try the steps in this article next: If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod
