Phone is not backing up and saying Some files a...

My phone is not backing up and says some files were not avaliable and it doesnt back up my phone

First thing I would try is a forced restart and then try again:

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If that doesn't help, then make sure you have enough iCloud storage available (I assume that is where you are trying to backup since you posted here).

Yes deleted old back and then started and it worked
