Why is my MacBook Pro not installing Adobe Meet...

Hi, I'm using the 2017 MacBook Pro and have installed Adobe Flash player. When I did the test for the software, everything tested Ok except the Adobe Meeting Connect Add-inn which I  also successfully installed. I'm not sure what the problem is as the only message I get is that it was not installed. What am I not doing correctly?
