Can’t listen to song clips

All of a sudden I can’t listen to song clips in the iTunes Store. You know how when you click on the title or the number in order to listen to a song, that little circle goes up and then just immediately disappears. Verses that line going around the circle as the song is playing. This just started. It’s happening on my iPod, iPhone, and iPad. I tried signing out and back in and it still won’t let me listen to any audio clips. I know my sound is up because I can watch movie trailers in the iTunes Store. It appears to just be a problem with Music.  I have the updated software on each device, I believe right now it’s iOS 11.1. Can anyone help?
