my i phone 5 s i restored from i tunes. then it restored with unknown i cloud account, it asked that i cloud password and. but i do not know it. please help me
Are you the ORIGINAL owner of the iPhone? If not, you may have run into activation lock:
Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support
