Two problems with Apple Watch 1st Gen

All of the sudden on my Apple Watch (1st generation) I have to use the passcode each and every time...and ONCE AGAIN...the "guts" or whatever you want to call it...I am assuming where the battery is...is once again (this is my third watch due to this same problem but now my warranty is expired) when removed from the charger the battery thing sticks to the charger.  So you have to slide it sidewise...but I am sure eventually this will be a problem. I am very careful not to get my watch in water...and I don't wear lotions etc down my arm...and when I do apply I wipe my wrist off.  So...any thoughts on either of these problems.
