Apple Music video streaming issue

Hi, I found that with all video content from the iTunes store (or now Apple Music) has loading issues. I have a fairly fast internet connection and I've tried streaming video content such as, Planet of the Apps, on multiple other devices on even faster (and slower) internet connections. The results are the same with content needing to load for a couple of minutes before playing.

This is a big issue which is not only very frustrating, but it actually caused me to throw money into iTunes, to rent movie titles, and never get to watch the movie – because it just didn't want to load. Each time I get a loading time-out error. I've run through all the basic diagnosis steps such as, loggin in-and-out of my account, quitting iTunes, restarting, even reinstalling iTunes, etc. and nothing changes... Even my Apple TV doesn't load the content from iTunes.

Please look into this, I am sure many other users has a similar issue.

Hi - if it's affecting all your devices, then it really does indicate a problem with your internet connection.  Try testing the speed of your internet connection by going to a site like https://www.speedtest.net to see if there's a problem.

Sorry but you don't seem to understand, I've not only tested it on my own internet. I tested it with several of my devices on other internet connections. At work, in public, and at a couple of friends homes and the problem clearly is not with my devices. All of my friends has the same issue.

Same here. I stream every videos on Netflix and many other platforms and no one is so slow and lagging like Apple Music. I here that Apple invest 1 billion to the Apple Music video content but I really want that money is invested in better streaming service. I’m one but close to stop watching because the streaming are so slow and it keep pausing.
