Angry Bird HD no sound, problem with iPad or app?

Hi guys!
I recently bought an iPad and downloaded the Angry Bird HD game. When i first ran the game, i realize there was no sound, even if i press the mute and then unmute it, there was no sound.
I restarted the game and the sound came back. Is anyone having the same issue of running apps with no sound? I'm not sure if this is the problem with the app or with my ipad, hopefully just the app.

I'm trying to play it on my iphone.. and I don't get any sound either.
me too. Just happened as I hit level 20
You need to reboot from iTunes. It brings back sound but you lose your score.
How do you reboot an app in iTunes? I know this is an iPad discussion, but I cannot get sound on Angry Birds on my iPhone 3GS -- and I can't find any help. Sound worked fine on the Lite version.

I think he means update the app. The latest version is for the iPad is Angry Birds HD 1.3.5; for the iPhone it is Angry Birds 1.4.0

Sound seems to work for me. If it does not work for you try restarting it.
It's the app's problem, i'd say... Try contacting the app'd developer(s)
I have an iphone4 and I resolved the issue by power cycling my phone.
I have the iPhone 4 and sound just went out on me. I power cycled the phone but still no sound.
I am having the same problem. Iphone4. It just stopped out of the blue.

I just tried it on my iPhone 4 and the sound works just fine.
This lately seems tethered to some of the latest updates. A lot of folks with iPhones are losing their sound (or getting jittery, glitchy sound) with the new updates. Cycling power works for most, but it isn't an indefinite fix. I hope Roxio tenders a fix soon.
I have an iPhone 4 with 4.1 and the latest version of Angry Birds and it works fine. It worked fine with iOS 4.0 as well. It's possible the issue is related to versions of the iOS below 4.0.
I have a 2-day old iPhone 4 with Angry Birds 1.4.4 . Sound the first day but now gone. Have written the developer today as well. Brand new phone. Brand new version download. No sound. It's not fixed yet.
