installed windows then removed but partition co...

i installed Windows using Bootcamp Assist then i removed it  but that partition couldn't remove properly .
now i have 120GB SSD hardDisk however i could't able to use 32GB space because i installed windows in that .
so i need to play around within rest of space 8GB .though i have 32GB + 8GB space in partition.

when i am removing that partition it shows error as below image.

please help me to get out of this .
