Renaming files leads to error

Occasionally I'm not able to rename files. The following error message is shown:

The operation can't be completed.

An unexpected error occured (error code -8076)

It's really just a simple renaming action.

The file is named 08.09.17 - first BER and after trying to add manually "50 percent" this error message appears.

How do I solve this?
