macOS fully deleted. Now shows blank folder on ...

I need help! When I was emptying my mac's hard drive and reinstalling software, I erased all data using Disk Utility, and forgot to reinstall macOS, and restarted the computer. Now, it shows a blank folder. Please help on how to reinstall macOS on my MacBook Pro. God bless! Thank you.
