Apple watch will not turn on

No one usually understands what I mean, everyone tells me to troubleshoot it and stuff but it does not work. My problem is that it won't charge or turn on. I tried the charger on a different Watch and it turned on but my watch will not respond. I've also noticed that when the charger is connected, it makes a clicking sound as if something is loose on the inside. I hardly used my watch and never dropped it or anything so I don't know why it's not working. Please help.
