I also have been having difficulty adding the visa debit, it's always been on my acct until two days ago and now it's saying it's declined as well.

I am trying to update apps and now I cannot because it says my payment method has been declined. It's the same card I have always used, the same card I used today and now I get this. The card is not expired, nothing's changed and I don't know what to do???
