get massage to update iOS 11. My version is 10.3.3 and send me to update 10.3.3

now, what to do????

What model is your iPad? If you haven't been prompted to upgrade then iOS 11 may not be supported on that device. See iOS 11 is compatible with these devices - Apple Support.
