New LaCie 4TB only showing 272MB

Hi,

Just got a new backup disk, a Lacie 4TB. Doing my usual business I went straight into Disk Utility to erase it. Chose MacOs extended (Journaled) as is my other disks, but something went wrong. I can't see any other partitions on the disk and it only shows 272 MB.

Any idea what I should try? My other LaCies are working fine. Just updated to High Sierra, but don't think that has any thing to do with it.
