IPad Air 2: Temperature Issue and can't enter fingerprint or security Code.

Got temperature warning screen and the Ipad was powered off. Now it's power on correctly but impossible to unlock and use the Ipad.

Contacte the support and went to Apple Store: Despite the fact it's a known issue, they are asking me to pay for the replacement . It's almost half it's price: WHY?

I want it's replacement for free by Apple. It's a known problem and please exchange the ipad under warranty because it's a conception and the produit is faulty.

Please supply a solution.
