Podcast app not in store

I somehow deleted my podcast app and want it back. Its not showing up in the App Store. I found a link sending me to the App Store with the podcast app and it shows an icon that it's on my phone and I just need to click the open button. But that does nothing. Anybody have a fix?

Restart your device. If App Store still shows the Open button, then the app is on your device, although it might be hidden. Check: Settings > General > Restrictions.
