battery problems?

I recently bought a used mid 2009 Macbook Pro Model A1286. However, the battery is terrible, even though it has 330 cycles. I usually get about 1.5 hours from a full charge, and sometimes, when i fully charge the battery, it will stop at 96 or 98 percent. I used a 60W charger, except it charges it very slow, so i got an 85W charger. However, the charger is equally slow.On the Battery tab, it says service battery, which i'm told means to get a new battery. I told the buyer, and they paypaled me enough money to buy another one. However, I opened up coconut battery and it said that the battery was 67 percent of original capacity. And the average discharge rate it shows is around 25-30W and can go up to even 50 watts! ( see picture 1). I don't know much, but these seems particularly high. Also, the computer gets really hot, and the battery gets to 109F ( see picture 2) .Is it a battery issue, or is their something wrong with the mac?
