Changing default billing address for Apple Pay

So after many many phone calls and lots of research I think I have what could be the only way to fix this (other than Apple sorting the bug. The way I fixed it was to order brand new cards from all of my banks. It would appear that once you set a billing address when adding a card for the first time, it will always default to that address for that card even if you delete it from Apple Pay and then re-add it. Having brand new cards it allowed me to pick a billing address for each card as i set them up. So far (over a week) the address haven’t reverted back to the wrong one and have stuck with the one that I allocated. Hop this helps
