Change units for height and weight

On my iphone in the health app I can change units from cm and kg to feet and stone but in the watch app I can't change it there?

Anyone know how?

I show as feet for height and stone for weight in the iphone health app, but the watch app shows cm for height and kg for weight

I have the region correctly set to the UK

Under prior versions of iOS and watchOS, changing the height and weight units in the Health app also changed those units in the Watch app.

As this no longer occurs under the current software versions, you may wish to submit a feature request to Apple:
