WHERE CAN I MAIL MY MAC BOOK BACK TO APPLE FOR ...

On Sunday 8-20-17 A senior advisor Ron, worked with me on the phone and told me my MacBook needed to be looked at.

On Sunday 8-20-17 Another Senior advisor Tim worked with me on the phone and told me the same thing.

They scheduled a 10:20 am service repair appointment for me on Monday, 8-21-17 at Computer Advantage in Sarasota.  The repair tech

was so very rude.  This tech always is rude and I have used that Apple Service Repair store before, many times.  The work order was not detailed correctly (which I verified) and this set him off in a bad mood.  I left there and drove to the UTC apple store.  I had a three hour wait or book an appointment on Saturday 8-26, so I asked if I could pack it up safely and mail it in and they sure of course. The Apple Store was full of employees but they could not help me with an address or work order number for UPS to use for mailing.  It was a 3 hour wait to get that information if they had it.

 

Out of frustration and being a business owner I asked, "Well could a sales person help me then?"  they said "yes" and that took 4-6 minutes to get a sales rep and purchase a Mac book pro.

 

I called support, I have emailed Senior advisors I worked with in the past, I called senior advisors today and left messages.  APPLE SUPPORT  said I need a work order and was transferred a couple of times, PUT ON HOLD, but no instructions on where to mail it.

We're just users like yourself here. We have no inside information. Only Apple can give you that information, so you're going to have to straighten it out with them.
